If you’re like me, you spend countless hours on your computer – losing track of how long you’ve actually been on there. And when you get up, you’re all stiff, bones are aching etc.
Well I found a handy little utility called Workrave . Its a (free) program for windows and Linux that pops up at time intervals you determine to let yo know it’s time to have a break.
The program will also suggest anti-RSI exercises for you!
