Windows XP support end 2014

Come April 8, 2014, support for Windows XP will end Microsoft has advised. What does that mean? Well, after that date Microsoft will not release any more security updates.

As it is just under a year away, there is plenty of time to plan to upgrade – Whether that it is just the operating system or the whole computer.

More than likely, if your PC is running XP, it may not be fast enough to run Windows 7 or Windows 8. With the price of PCs and components these days, a completely new system would be your best bet.

Shop around! You have plenty of time up your sleeve.
